Will be there on a cruise in November and am interested in an offshore charter. Not picky about the type of fishing - just want to have a fun day out on the ocean. Any advice would be appreciated.
ok CT, did a lil research. www. fishgrandcayman.com is the guys i fished w/. one day aboard a 28 shamrosk (afew wahoo and a 350+ blue) but i had the most fun w. ron eubanks (same co, i think) bonefishing from the beach…sorry fo the delay…they are all named Eubanks:smiley:
Comp Time - good luck with Grand Cayman… I have been on 3 cruises that were supposed to stop in Grand Caymen and have yet to see other than just riding by. It’s a ferry port and they will not run with even the slightest wave action. I hope you get to go there just make you have some other stuff planned as well.

scotty d - thanks for the research, effort, and knowledge - you went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!
duckduckdog - had that happen our first time, but actually made it last year - I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
we have a cruise booked in september and I was joking with the wife that it would be cool if one of our other stops got canceled and they took us to grand cayman instead. good luck. what ship you cruising on?

Carnival Valor out of Miami. One of their great big ones. How about you?
Canival Glory out of Port Cavaneral… sister ship to the Valor. Left out of Miami twice in the past, but the drive kills me.

Our first cruise two years ago was on that ship. Loved it. We’re actually flying to Miami (using Sky Miles) which is the only way I would agree to leave out of that port. Hope you have a good time on your cruise.
scotty d - I’ve got the trip booked with Capt. Eubanks. Nice folks to deal with and he says the wahoo fishing will be great that time of year. The reviews of his company on Trip Advisor are great. Thanks again for the information.
