Looking for charter

Can anyone make any good recommendations for an offshore full day charter. I am coming up with my family and the dads would like to go out on a fishing trip for the day. Having never been to South Carolina fishing before, any help would be appreciated. We are coming the last week in July, how is the fishing then?

Its hot as hell that time of year, of course its already hot as hell now. Where are you staying, that will narrow it down some? There are many fine charters on here, look at the posts in the discussion section. There is also a charter section on the site.

I second Bolbie’s recommendation and would add http://www.jabezcharters.com/ to the list. You will be lucky to get a weekend charter on such short notice though, but they may have openings during the week. The fishing is better during the week anyway.

Check out the Blue Boy at www.blueboysportfishing.com It’s a great boat with a very professional crew. The meat fish will be slow in late july; however, the billfishing should be great.
