looking for commercial property to lease

I know a few guys on here own commercial properties. does anyone have or know of someone who has a commercial shop/warehouse up for lease in the charleston area?

How many sq ft you need? What type of operation you looking to run ?

800-1000sq foot office space with 1200-2000sq foot warehouse. it will be a satellite office as well as a small fab shop.

15,000 is the smallest I have at the moment, build to suit office.

Check with the folks that run Riverside center in Mount Pleasant, the location is just off 526 right outside the Wando Terminal. You could get your welding supplies close by also.

After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.
