Looking for House to Rent in Mt. Pleasant

Hey Gang,

I’ve been a follower of Charleston Fishing for quite a few years. Wouldn’t you know it that my first post is about real estate. My wife and 3 boys are relocating from Atlanta to Charleston. We hope to be there by July 1st. We want to rent a house before we buy. We are looking for 4 bedrooms (might consider a 3 bedroom) in Mt Pleasant. Want to be in Mt Pleasant Academy, Mammie Whitesides, Belle Hall or James B. Edwards Elementary districts. We have agents looking, doing the Zillow/Trulia thing etc, but figured it wouldn’t hurt to post here. Not many rentals to be found. Thanks.

You might also try VRBO.com. Sometimes there are long-term rentals on that site.

The rental market is extremely tight right now.
