I’d like to get into clouter creek, any legal way possible with the yak. Is Daniel island marina completely private? Anyone know any other ways?

Where you kayaking? Thinking about hitting RT boat landing tomorrow evening. Going sometime around 6pm. What kind of bait you been using in your kayak fishing excursions. Figured a way to trol while paddling. Need live finger mullet. Also figured a good place to go gigging, but need to find a way to rig a light and what kind of light, any suggestions. Did we scare FOW? I do not see her posting.

Live bait is nice but what a pain sometimes… I tried castin a 3ft net and discovered that sucked. Last week my stupidy led to 10 out of a doz. minners dead before I got em’ to the water.
Maybe a minnow trap is the answer (artificials to start at low and then the minners when it gets near the grass)?

I talked to the guys at Daniel Island marina, and they were
OK with me launching off their docks. When I checked it out,
it was a little farther from the dock surface to the water than
I was comfortable with.
Check with them … maybe a 6-pack?
