My last boat was a 20’ Carolina Skiff so this is a big step up for me. The upfront price doesn’t scare me but she hasn’t been re-powered since 1992 and I assume she’s pretty slow (not going to be going 60 off in this one which would be unfortunate)

I love the lines and I’m looking for a project. Anyone have any experience with 74 egg harbors or ever power a boat with 270 Crusaders?

Looking for any and all advice here.
