Hi, My name is Dowse Rustin. I am 37 and grew up here in Charleston and have a lot of experience fishing offshore in boats from center consoles to 90’ sportys. I used to capt and mate on various private boats in Charleston, Florida and the Carribean. I have just moved back to Charleston from California and I am looking for a boat to fish on for fun and tournaments. Can help with boat maintanance as well as fuel and bait if needed.
