It’s with great sadness to report the passing of Steve Marable, the owner/operator of Island Outboard Services. He was a dear friend and an excellent mechanic. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family in this time of great loss.

Sad News. Steve worked on my boat a few times and was always friendly and helpful.
The Hanckel Marine Crew would like to say we are sorry to Steve’s family. You could not ask for a better person and friend. It was a pleasure getting to know Steve over the years and he will be missed dearly in the marine community. We thank him for his frindship.
When fellow competitors say good things ,he must of been a heck of a good guy…sorry for the loss.
