Lake Moultrie boat ramp-

I was putting the boat on the trailer last night (Weds. 06/24/2015) and found something at the boat ramp that was left by another person. I hung around for 15-20 minutes waiting for them to come back. I would like to returm this to the rightful owner if possible.

If any of you guys hear of someone *****ing about losing something at the boat ramp please PM me.
