Splashed the boat down at Steamboat Landing today. Fished the high tide and outgoing tide. Bait fish were sparce. Finally got some mullet and shrimp in the net around 4pm. Hooked up on a gar and a croacker. Also caught a skate. Always fun to see new places. That area is beautiful. I’ll have to fish it again under better conditions.

Steamboat area looks so nice!! I have fished it twice to no avail but like anywhere, the fish are there you just have to locate them! I always enjoy fishing new spots, and catching new fish, keep on trying and you’ll find em!
