Went down to Bennett’s Point Tuesday midday. Headed toward Beaufort. Calm, beautiful day. No shrimp in day. Set up on shallow point at dead low, about 6 PM. No shrimp till dark, about 745. Then they were pretty numerous and by 3rd or fourth run we were getting 3 to 4 dozen per throw. BUTTTT, they were microscopic to medium. Very few true mediums. Gave up after about two hours at most. Headed a "million " of them. 2 gallons heads off. Gave them all to my buddies. Gonna wait a while before going again. Wednesday and today TOOOO windy. Bummer. I love to shrimp, but…

How close were you to big water? Big water big shrimp?
So far I’ve been impressed with the size out of the sound this year. Were you in a creek? or close to the grass?
Across Combahee from Morgan. Could see last river marker and bridge to Hunting Is. Big flat. Water was ripping. Shrimp started at dark and were increasing when we left
Just too small.
