Been testing a new Shimano inshore rod to outfit my lighter reels with over the last couple days. What better way to save on overhead costs than to test in in a little saltwater pond.

Actual got on a couple nice groups of fish from 15"-22" Caught one that was 14" with 80-84 spots both sides combined. really cool looking fish.
They ate mostly zman paddlerz in the blue crab color and also mud minnows with orange jig heads.
Slowly raising and dropping the baits 1-2ft off the bottom seemed to entice the most strikes.
