My son and I fished the lower Cooper and Wando this morning. Bounced around from place to place throwing mostly artificials. Total of 5 smallish trout, 5 rat reds, and 2 flounder; one of which was 16", but it went back in with all the rest. Almost everything was on a glow/green tail DOA shrimp.
