Has anyone fished below the dam recently? I was down there about a month ago(about 3/4 mi.below Metts landing) and caught a 30" striper. I dinged up my prop pretty good:angry:.(I’ve since made a prop guard:smiley:) Thinking about trying later this week & figured I’d ask.

lot of river rats say the stripers head down river in the fall. i would try the congaree river, put in at rosewood ave and head down around the 601 bridge. not that i’ve done it, but that’s what i’ve been told.
