I took the kids Sunday for 2 hours on the high tide. No time for spot running. Hit up one spot and worked it. Not ideal, but had to take the time slot I could get. Glad to be out again after so much recent illness. 9 trout and 1 flounder on smoke silver grubs. Not too too bad, but definitely a bit slower than expected. The worst part was the gnats and the searing back pain from the last two weeks of coughing my guts out. Oh, I can’t wait to be over this cough. The best part was seeing the kids catch them some fish.
