I need some help… I bought a 234 Sea hunt Ultra with a Lowrance HDS9 on it and was wondering while you are navigating how to select different navigation display. any help would be appreciated.
Also i’m a little rusty due to have been out of fishing for a little while, wanting to take my boys out to catch some good bottom fish. I go out of Georgetown, any advice would be appreciated.

Hit the pages button at the top right then select which view you want. If the previous owner did not leave you the manual you can download it for free online either from the lowrance website or from another source. I have an HDS 12 and I love it. Read up on it and get the most out of it. Tons of customizations you can do to cater to your likes and needs.

I am no pro by any means…I am in the same boat you are (no pun inteaded). I do my research on DNR site and some sites like this… http://www.southcarolinasportsman.com/details.php?id=891 and this one http://adventure.howstuffworks.com/outdoor-activities/fishing/freshwater-tips/redfish/redfish-fishing-techniques1.htm …I am not afraid to say I still am learning…lol. I have many many more sites I visit and then I compile all the stuff together. I actually made a Charleston book that a lot of people say I should sell…I feel pretty good about fishing for 2016.

Thanks guys for the info. I’m ready now to do some scouting and find some nice bottom fish like Black Sea bass, b liners, trigger… Anyone know of any good spots to catch trigger? Thanks in advance
