no sleep today and dont feel like doing anything meal…worked 4-12hr night shifts with very little sleep so it was one of those throw together ones
chicken wings dredged in these spices and baked…then basted with a combination of sauces and baked a little more, broccoli cheese rice,baked beans, cucumbers and tomato’s,fried chicken gizzards…yeah -yeah…I know but I love them, corn,tea
