I was able to get an hour on the flat over my lunch yesterday, unfortunately the timing was not the greatest, about 10 minutes prior to high. Beggars cannot be choosers however, and it is better to be lucky than good. Caught this nice 30 inch fish on my LC Shrimp pattern. He was tailing when I got to the part of the flat that was sheltered by from some of the wind.
