Thank you ECFC.

here were some of the easiest questions to answer:

When is the Captains Meeting?
The Captains and Volunteers meeting is Friday, November 13th at 5:30 pm at Rivers Edge Marina. You should have your troop assignments by then (if you registered in time). We will discuss weather, plans, fishing reports, bait reports, and a little about MAD, and afterwards some really great food!

When is the Event?
Saturday, November 14th, 2015. Dinner at 5:30 pm at Rivers Edge Marina. Local MAD Donors and Volunteers will provide a southern style meal for the troops, captains, and crew.

Where is the Event?
Rivers Edge Marina is hosting our first Charleston event. You may fish anywhere, and you can coordinate with your Troops where to meet. (Leeds Avenue boat ramp is right next to Rivers Edge Marina.)

What is the Event all about?
One. Simple. THANKS for serving and protecting our great country.
MAD, Inc’s dedicated Volunteer Boat Captains will be taking ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY, GUARD, OR RESERVISTS out for a day of fishing.

How do I volunteer to bring my boat?
Click in the http://militaryappreciationday.org/wp/charleston-chapter-boat-volunteer-registration/ tab on the MAD Menu bar. You don?t need to be a licenced captain, just have boat insurance.

When should I register my boat?
As soon as possible. Troop registration is open now, and we need to match boats with troops 2 weeks prior to the event. Due to space limitations, we are having to limit the number of troop & boat registrations, so don?t wait, or you?ll miss your chance to take real American Heros fishing.

How do I volunteer to help?
Click in the http://militaryappreciationday.org/wp/charleston-chapter-committee-volunteer-registration/ tab on the MAD Menu bar.

I have more questions, what should I do?

When you see “Old Glory” waving in the breeze, know that it is the dying breaths of our fallen hero’s that makes it wave.

Sorry so late in doing so, but I just submitted my form, I can take 2, weather is the big determining factor for what kind of fishing.

thank you signing up Sunny, Stonoman, and everyone else too.

Boat registration ends Tuesday evening.

Troop registration ends Tuesday also, but we’re way past being able to take out all of them.

I’ll see everyone at the captains meeting Friday.
