mahi "crudo"

whipped this up as an appetizer last night for the neighbors. a lot of my neighbors are seafood newbs, so I try to ease them in by making alterations to more traditional recipes, like this one. I pan seared the mahi, leaving the middle raw, I then stuck it in the fridge for 30 minutes, sliced it thin, and topped with fresh lemon juice. not a traditional crudo, but a bit more inviting for my neighbors to try… heck I like it! It was tasty
