lets see a pic

Three-fourths of the Earth’s surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.

Im pulling the b.s. flag. I dont believe it. Not til i see a picture with the trees in the background with a fish at full color. Post some pics and prove it.

Lets take a look at that… seeing is believing. I don’t believe though…

I got into them so thick last weekend on the upper Cooper you could walk across them. Had to leave the spot.

Plan to try for Mahi Mahi this weekend on the tailrace - at Gilligans!

grab the gaff and another cold beer

I didn’t think it was that unbelieveable, I would have taken a picture. Only camera we had was a cell phone in a dry bag so its a pain to get. We had no idea of the season size limit, ect being that we are not offshore people. We saw a boat approaching and it looked like possibly DNR so we wanted to get it out of the boat ASAP. It was 24inches or so. Color was very bright, beautiful fish. Main river channel, near clouter. I have no reason to BS on here, I’m not a prolific poster.

if I caught a mahi at Bushy Park and DNR was rolling up on me I’d have been jumping up and down to show them!

and i thought catching a baby spanish mackerel in my cast net at bushy was wierd…dunno bout a mahi!

Sounds like a mistaken identity. This time of year Jack’s are up the rivers.

If a mahi was that far inshore it would be sick and would never feed. Wrong i.d.

shoot i’ve heard the mahi do move in at the end of summer, save a bunch on gas since we don’t have to get offshore.
