Mix sour cream and hot sauce till pink. Mince white oninion and cilantro. Filet fish and blacken in skillet or on grill. Warm up tortilla and plate your taco and then slice your alvacado, top taco and squeeze some lime. Its super simple and makes very good fish tacos.
