After getting out a few times earlier in the year we finally were trying a bunch of suggestions for cooking Mahi.
This one we baked in tin foil with a healthy topping of italian dressing. Turned out very good!
That is a the best meathod for cooking Mahi!!..hands down…cruble it up over a salad with crutons add a little more italian dressing…Mmmmm Mmmmm!!!

Yea, we did it with some wahoo too, really good.
SeaChaser told me to wrap it up in a banana leaf and do it on the grill…turned out REALLY good!
