1200bs Mako shark caught in gulf last week. Check it out at www.al.com and put in seach as mako. 3rd largest fish ever caught in gulf.
Sweet! That would be quite a battle. Very ironic about the sighting of a possible same size fish last year. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldnât go so far as to call a dog filthy but theyâre definitely dirty. But, a dogâs got personality. Personality goes a long way.

greg1⌠i ended up booking with rimmer covington. He runs a 39 seavee, we will either be fishing with him on that boat or is buddy trey on the maiden voyage of a brand new 36 yellowfin. These guys catch alot of fish, hopefully the bite will stay hot and the weather will hold for us.
Sounds fun. Let us know how you do.

Fast if you donât mind whatâs the cost of the charter and how much fuel $$ do the expect to add on to that cost? Thanks! Tight lines, big fish, and calm seas to you.
You gonna talk or FISH!
We are fishing for roughly 1300 a day. A grand up front with an estimated 100-120 gallons of fuel burned at 2.30 a gallon. Its normally 1300 a day plus fuel but hes giving a multiday discount. Seems very professional and looking forward to fishing with rimmer covington.
Says he caught it on a TLD 50 ducer WHAT! thats a lot of fish for anyone on any gear, but a 50? Thats the TRULY awesome part.
