Father in law came out to fish this morning , pretty sure the temp dropped from the get go… 17 trout and 6 reds all released to fight another day… all the trout seemed kinda spunky… you definitely felt the bite… mid incoming tide… Christmas tree artificial first trout of the day…

Absolutely… he’s completed frame of restorations on 2 more that are show cars… one looks the like Elanore mustang on the movie Gone in 60 seconds and the other is a 68 white with red interior… beauriful cars. Im sure youll see them this summer. Im in town at least once a week…

I was out on the Ashley for 6hrs yesterday, can confirm that it dropped from 42 to 37 and snotty on the open stretches. We saw 4 reds and 5 trout all day, none of them legal
Water temps between 45 and 46 the whole time, but we managed to avoid that critical threshold yet again!

Yes it lools like hopefully the worst is past… good bit warmer for next week or 2… whats crazy in the last month or 2 Ive only had 2 trout under size and only a handful under 16…
Which is completely insane to me… im definitely not special by any means lol … just seem to have found a few sweets pots
