That’s terrible.
Three-fourths of the Earth’s surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.
What’s the point in removing them in the first place? Can they be reused at another drill location?

Common sense can sometimes be a rare thing to an upper level bureaucrat that makes decisions within the government. Not long ago, all departments at the VA were ordered to get rid of all cardboard boxes on the reasoning they harbor roaches (I guess). If all your supplies come in cardboard boxes and you have to store bulk supplies, what are you supposed to store them in? Something other than cardboard.
