Took some days off the first week of turkey season. Not much activity. Birds would gobble once in early mornings and shut down after that. Finally, got after one mid morning. Patience prevails has always been my motto. Again, this bird was not vocal. He was with several hens. Got the hens to come to me and he followed. Big Mistake. by the way, I have a hunting page on Face Book for those of you that would like to share any pictures or stories of hunting in SC.
