Marina for trailered boat

Moving to Charleston this year. looking for a marina that allows storage on a trailer, freshwater washdown hookup, some electric, owner maintenance.
Suggestions?

IOP Marina? That is the marina I use when I am in Chas for any extended time fishing.

I use IOP marina too. I think they have extended time options as I see some of the same boats there at different times of the year when I come down.
