Listened to everyone at the dock talking about heading north?!? Really??? I guess I’m glad they didn’t see the piece of water I was looking at.
Headed straight out. Lines in on the first break in 350’. picked up 3 dolphin on it. Worked it for a few and pushed off to the 2nd break in 550’ and it was on!!! Had a Blue one come in on one of the smaller dolphin we were reeling in! Wasn’t 20’ behind the transom. Lit up on the flat line for a second but wouldn’t chew!!!
Ended up with 20 Phins up to 25 lbs, 2 BFT and 2 for 5 on the Wahoo.
