Am up in Maryland right now but figured i would give you guys the final numbers. Fished outta Hancock, Maryland and I fished with the flyrod and the g’f fished with my spinning reel. I used a gummy minnow the entire time and she threw a orange tailed spinner. Final numbers were 60 fish in 3 non guided attempts. Thursday evening, Friday evenin, and Saturday morning. 44 smallies and the rest were bream and one sucker. Best part was the g’f wanting to catch one on the fly so i put it out there and handed it to her. Not a minute later she was hooked up with our 60th fish in three days. Decided to call the fishing part of my trip over with and head back to town. I dunno, she goes back to work on Monday so I might have to try it one more time before I head back to Charleston.
Oh yeah…seems like the people up here are either really really nice or really really rude.
