Left Remleys about 445 and stopped to try to catch some bait.Decided we were wasteing time so headed on out.Lines in about 730 in 300’.First dolphin at 800 nice gaffer.Trolled the area for a while nothing so decided to head out a little deeper found good rip in 700’.Short rigger went off then nothing.Started free spooling bait back and it took off,Pushed lever up and it was on My first Blue Marlin.It jumped 3 times and it was over as fast as it started:frowning_face:.Due to rooky crimping crimp pulled loose.Lost a big Islander but it was worth it just to see that marlin.Any way inded up with 5 nice gaffers dolphin and a thrill for the day.Back to the hill at 530 a quick stop at Atlantic tackle to pick up new crimpers and talk to Jeremy and headed to columbia.Great day on the water:smiley:
