Can anyone suggest a mechanic in the Lexington area to work on my 1987 Mercury 45hp? I’m having issues with it bogging down & not getting to full RPM. It runs great on the muffs in the yard, but doesn’t run right when it’s on the water. Compression tests at 120 on all 4 cylinders, I’ve rebuilt the fuel pump & checked all hoses and connections. I ran Seafoam in a gallon of gas through the motor as well.(pissed one of the neighbors off with all the smoke 
) I’m not comfortable going into the carbs, which now I think my problems lie. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
