That reminds me exactly of my last offshore trip couple weeks ago, without the girls or fish, but otherwise pretty much the same.

I have been fishing with Josh’s crew a couple of times. The fishing is outrageous. If you want to catch a big yellowfin… this is the place to go.

I have been talking to josh about a trip for next year. What time of year did you go to catch the big YFT’s?? He seems like he runs a nice operation.

Picture reminded me of Portside back in the glory days! On a really good night
Fished with Josh two years ago and there is never a dull momemt with that guy.He operates out of Punta Mita just north of Puerta Vallarta. They live bait bonitas and goggle eyes for black marlin and mega yellowfins at the rock about 15 miles out. When that is slow, they pull plugs for blues and stripes. August and September are really good months but fish can show up at the rock anytime. We caught some smaller tunas, a 400lb blue, some big dolphin and several sailfish. It is definitely worth going. He knows all of the Pacific fish tricks and is glad to show you them. If there is anyone that can manufacture a bite when the fish are not hungry, it is Josh.
