I got out Wednesday with a friend to do a little fishing and for him to test one of the new Pro Anglers. We ended up having a great trip catching 40+ trout, 3 reds, and 2 flounder between us. I am starting to see things each time I go out that are first for year. The shrimp were starting to pop in the creeks at low tide, reds pushing in shallows with their backs out of the water, trout rolling on bait on the surface, and tails in the grass. I would have liked to spend more time chasing them around in the grass but the winds picked up something fierce after about 1pm and made it almost impossible to fish. The winds made it tough on the way back but all in all we had a great trip.
Good report…I’m looking forward to some warmer temps.
Great report thanks
