Found a great deal from Sportsmans Guide. Swedish military battery boxes. These things are heavy fiberglass with locking metal clamps on the lid and huge metal handles.With a little work 2 regular sized batteries can be fit in each box. These things are built like tanks! And at $24.95 each they are a steal.Will be installing mine this weekend.www.sportsmansguide.com and search for battery boxes.

No problem. Thought I would mount them with stainless lever hasps or t-handles. Went to West Marine and they wanted anywhere from 35 to 45 bucks each ! Since I value my marriage I opted out. Don’t get me wrong…I love West Marine, but that price was way high. So I went home and went to www.greatlakesskipper.com and found the parts I needed for 15 dollars each. Battery boxes will be in next weekend.
