Miss Amanda 2/7

We fished in around 80’. We brought home 45 BSB, and a few other species. Is was not as nice out there as it was on Monday, but not real bad at all. We made it back through the rocks and the flag on Sullivans Island was straight out. I’m glad we came in when we did…
Overall, a nice day out on the water!!

What is your favorite way to prepare/cook/fry CBass?

I usually fry all my fish, you know the healthy way of cooking.:wink:
I use yellow cornmeal (any brand really) , House Autry chicken breader, salt, pepper, Prairie Dust and seasoning salt. Sometimes, I will use a little garlic salt.

I only use a little bit of the chicken breader and a little bit of the dust. I get the prairie dust from Longhorn’s steakhouse. I haven’t bought any in a while, but it is usually 5 to 7 dollars for a pound bag. It is what they season their food with.

I mix all this in a better breader and deep fry to perfection (at least perfection to me).
