Miss behavior won.
Rolled out after all the boats returned on Saturday to find a nice storm brewing.
Ran a little ways, then stopped for a moment on a little structure I spotted while I assessed the weather. Crew dropped lines, putting a bunch of stud b-liners and endangered sea bass in the box.
A decision was made. It was one of the 8</font id=“size4”> days of red snapper season 
Time to push out and confront this storm head on.
We went right thru the heart of it. The spray washed the blood off the decks, grundens kept me dry, crew enjoyed the excitement, boat ran great, good times were had by all.
After the excitement, we ended up pretty much near where we started… 
Might as well drop again while we were there, nobody has to know it’s the same place… 
First line over, bamn. Red snapper!

I had to get in on this… BAMN and BAMN - DOUBLE!

&@&$t… we only had 4 people on the boat… Now we have our limit of red snapper and it wasn’t even 1 pm.
My job was done, so I made an adult beverage and enjoyed the warm sunny afternoon until everyone had their fill of bottom dwellers, great barracudas, reef donkeys, and BIG SHARKS.
My intentions were to freedive a number on the way back in, but the call about the diver on the radio shook me up a bit. Terrible what happened, and, he was with another diver… Shark? black out down deep? I pray that he is ok, that this was some weird case scenario and he is alive and well today. Needless to say, I stayed out of the water that day. Thoughts and prayers to the missing diver and his family / friends. </font id=“Georgia”> </font id=“red”></font id=“size3”>
