I did some searching, and I couldn’t find anything on the forums about this. Does anyone have any experience with local mobile marine service and repair?
I see there are two options in the area: Tri-County Mobile Marine and Advanced Mobile Marine. Are there any others? Does anyone have first-hand experience with these guys? Good prices? Knowledgeable? I have a strong preference towards being able to schedule someone to come out to my house for service instead of trailering the boat to a dealership in the area.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day. FISH 24/7---- 25 Grady w/ a couple of Gas Guzzling 175 Johnsons “O-SEA-D” the old “Havanadaydream”

Top notch guys. I’ll post pics of some of their work. It was electronics installation but it will give you some idea of the pride they take in their work.
Tyler (Tri-County Mobile Marine) is great - I’ve used him for a couple of things the last 2 years and he’s been top-notch.
O-Sea-D… I have not been impressed with. I’ll refrain from complaining, as maybe… I dunno, nice guy. But - just didn’t have a great experience with him.
Man, I wish all boat wiring was done so neatly. Most look like an explosion in a spaghetti factory.
“Apathy is the Glove into Which Evil Slips It’s Hand”, but really, who cares?
I’m not the best picture taker but O Sea D does very high quality work. I know the OP was looking for service/maintenance and I have no experience with them there but I trusted them with some fairly high end components and they certainly did not disappoint. Excellent communication and craftsmanship. I’m sure if they perform service work you can expect the same type of results.
