Yes. Was a scratch and dent that capehorn16 got from them a while ago when they first started building the 197SF.

He is putting a new LP in his boat, so he gave me this one. I plan to cut the live well part off and use it as my transom live well. I may use the seat part somewhere too, but I am still thinking about it.

The previous owner of my boat cut the cutting board section out to make the opening larger. I am glad he did that because when you get low on baits it gets difficult to see down in there and maneuver the bait net to those last couple. He also put an additional aerator for baits that die easily in the bait well, it has a timer and runs intermittently every few minutes.If u ever want to see how he did it I can take some pics for you next time I am down.

This one hasn’t been plumbed yet, so I will be doing quite a few things to make the well have good flow and be pressurized during running.

absolutly amazing man! makes my lil rebuild of my bow look silly…i spent a ton of time and about 1000$ on mine lol…i know it is exausting but youre doing a jam up job and it feels good to stand on and fish out of something you did yourself!

i know its small to compare but it was my first ‘fiberglass’ job ever thanks to you guys and youtube!

cutting out bad gunnel cap sections

fitting gunnel compartment liners

adding to bottom of liners; will grind the joint on smooth side and fill later
