Skunked!
Went out looking to catch some on top water again, but they never came up like the last couple of eves, so I got to looking around and found them not far away.
Didn’t have any bait, so I tied on a spoon. Jigged it right in front of them, but they wouldn’t touch it.
A couple of fish came up while I was jigging and I threw a plug at them and hooked one, but lost it on the way in.
A guy that had been fishing the same area near the park in the eves stayed where they been schooling and caught some fish just blind casting. Guess I shoulda done the same…but there’s always this eve. 
May give it one last shot and stay with throwing top water while I still got a chance. The water is warming up quickly.
