Monday fishing the Stono River.

Pulled my crab trap and it had about 12 really big crabs in it.I took 8 with me and released the rest.I had 4 frozen mullet and a small bag of frozen shrimp.Water temp at My dock was 62.Water at my dock was clear to 3 feet.Pulled out around 7:30 and headed to marker 55.I fished several spots on the way catching one or two dink reds on a pink and white twister grub.55 held not one fish in an hour of fishing 4 rods carolina rigged with crab, mullet and dead shrimp.I threw grubs while waiting for a hit on the bottom rigs. After an hour of nothing i headed to Church Creek,Two more dink reds on a doa pink and white shrimp free drifted.Came back and caught two trout in my creek and two or three more small reds. One was about 6 inches long.Water temps were never lower then 60 in all my spots.

Glad you caught some fish though Joe!

Tough fishing Joe. The only thing consistent this fall is that is has been inconsistent.
