My wife and I went out Monday. Fished the incoming tide along creek mouths on the N. Edisto. Weather was nice, partly cloudy with a slight N/NE breeze. The first spot we went to, about 90 minutes into the incoming tide, we started catching trout right away. The majority were in the 12 inch range. Then my wife caught a nice 18", followed by me catching a 16". We had pretty good action for awhile, including a couple of pigfish, a nice 23" redfish and a bonnethead shark. The majority of the action was caught on live finger mullet. Using live shrimp resulted in a lot of bait stealers! Water temp was 81. We stopped at a few other locations but didn’t get anything else. Three trout made it home for dinner.
