Was out in the ville for the PM tide. Landed 3 nice ones on the rising tide. (wind was howling again today 
)
They were hitting crabs and mud minnows on the “Patented Redfish Slayer” setup.

Thanks Guys! Great time. “Virgin” ain’t a virgin anymore. Caught him “kneeling” then “standing” to cast. After we left “RedFishVille” (nice spot you have there) he even got his first Red. About a 19" Red at a mouth of one of those creeks (caught it on one of those “baby” shrimps we were using for bait). It was great, he said “…man, it was pullin’ me all around.” I said “…fun, isn’t it” We both got pestered with Work Phone calls. We paddled up stream for awhile and couldn’t catch a glimps of your where abouts. He needed to go leave for a trip to NC, and I wanted to beat the traffic… plus I have a trip to Jax. Thanks for a Great Day on the Water. I really enjoyed meeting everyone.

what’s the trick? 10# PowerPro to 40# Mono suxs. OK, basically, I think it might just be the PowerPro. I can’t even grab the stuff with pliers…slips right on through. Obviously, I’m not holdin’ my tongue right or something.

I told ya at low tide Red has to get up and walk back to the water.
Just gotta practice on the “Patented Redfish Slayer” setup. Once you get it right, it works like a champ. I usually have a few pre-tied, so I can tie a new one on, add hooks/weight, add bait and go.

I have gone twice in the last 2 weeks and it’s been HARD on the gas tank… I doubt I’ll be fishing there anytine soon… oh yeah TB2… you LIVE there, literally, so shut up
