Report:
Started looking for mullet creek side around 10:30 and didn’t have great luck. Went to Morris and chased birds for menhaden, which are there but too deep. Gave up on live bait and got lucky with cut finger mullet. Male reds are starting to frequent the jetties

Makes my skin crawl
Look at where Jesus went to pick people. He didn’t go to the colleges; he got guys off the fishing docks.
Given the unflattering angle of the fish and the angler in the photo (typically people like to show off the fish and it’s colors/spots), one has to ask themselves if this was more of a provocation and less of a report.

Instead of being critical let’s take the opportunity to educate. Some folks honestly do not know any better. Ryles12 a lot folks on the site including myself hate to see a fish being handled by the gill plates due to the potential damage and trauma is can cause when releasing on fish. Nice job on catching the fish just handle them with a little more care. Tight lines.
