Stopped buy the seafood store in Beaufort hoping for some of the Bluffton Oysters I picked up a couple weeks ago, but they were sold out.
Looking around I saw some Monkfish and decided to go with that as I have had that before fried and was great. While waiting in line, lady mentioned to me that I should steam it, and mix up a Lemon/Butter/Salt dip for it.
Did that and Wow! All four of us loved it. Healthier option to frying as well.
Give it a try and see what ya think.
Edit; I put Kosher salt and slices of lemon in the water I steamed it in.
