Moody weather in Middle Earth

Three things stood out about this trip:

  • Middle earth can have some very moody weather.

  • My buddy Lawton is a generous soul and all around great dude.

  • It’s less about the fish, more about where the fishing takes you, and all about who you meet along the way.

Smokey, I travel through there for work, so I can take time off and it’s not too bad for me. NZ as a whole is an expensive place, and the exchange rate isn’t helping us out right now.

A long long slow walk in the spartina gives you time to think big thoughts and put your mind back into order.
