Is he the guy off Long Point Rd…if so he declined to work on it. It’s not warranty work. Do you guys repair them or just Minn Kota?

Even Barrier doesn’t want to work on it. Said they’ve been trying to get OFF the Motorguide website for years. Closest service place is Marshalls Marine in Lake City!? That’s nuts. Seems like there is an opporunity there for one of the Charleston shops

much more difficult than minn kota all around, that’s why we don’t deal with them
worth the trip to marshall marine. fixed my motor guide in quick time. not under warranty but only charge for parts and no labor charge, the old guy knows his stuff and said motor guide or minnkote are all alike and that is they all break. go see them, you will not be disappointed.

Caiman outdoors in Florence works on them. A lady does the work and does it well. My experience with them was excellent. I think you can probably ship it to them.
