Thought we were going to go out and tear them up like everybody else is doing but only managed one small trout!! She stuck with a purple silver speckled with chartreuse paddle tail and I tried several different colors and styles. We fished drum island and over by the coal pier jail area. Not really sure where we went wrong? Wrong depth? Not enough shell banks? Any tips would be so helpful especially cause she caught a fish and I didn’t. Very happy though as it was her first trout ever!! That’s obviously me holding her fish.
