First ever Joint Midlands Striper Club and Clark’s Hill Striper Club Tournament on Clark’s Hill.
Midlands Striper Club held its first of two tournaments on Clark’s Hill on June 19, 2018, joint with the Clark’s Hill Striper Club. 28 teams participated in the MSC June Tournament. The results of the MSC June Tournament ONLY are as follows:
A total of 44 striped bass were brought to the scales weighing a total of 205.38 pounds with a 4.67-pound average. 20 teams were able to bring a full two fish creel to the scales.
Finishing in first place with a total weight of 20.90 pounds was Team Dream Team captained by David Richardson of Aiken, SC, along with Rocky Pearson of Trenton, SC.
Team Dream Team also won the Justin Christopher Big Fish Award sponsored by The Nichols Store with a 11.59-pound Striper.
Finishing in second place with a total weight of 13.10 pounds was Team Even Kreel captained by John Sightler from Lexington, SC, along with Jamie Richardson from St. Mathews, SC.
Finishing in third place with a total weight of 12.36 pounds was Team Crescent Financial captained by Ryan Tripp, along with Tim Rogers, both from Aiken, SC.
Lady Angler Award went to Liz Sineath from Team Stone Age.
Youth Angler Award went to RJ Sineath from Team Stone Age.
Finishing in eleventh place with a total weight of 8.75 pounds was Team Grace.
Finishing in eighteenth place with a total weight of 5.90 pounds was Team Next Time.
