Any body been in Mud Bay? I usaully go there. This will be my 3rd season shrimping. I’m fiending out to throw my net. I might go fight the wind this weekend. Last 2 years the shrimp I got from Mud Bay have been medium to small.

Are you talking about Muddy Bay? If so, the shrimp there tend to be smaller than in the Cowpen. At the risk of being scolded for divulging G-14 classified, super secret, for “eyes only”, top level government information, here is Muddy Bay:
There may be a Mud Bay, but I am not aware of it. I would tell you how to get to Muddy Bay, but the shrimp police will come get me.

Mud Bay is on the northern side of Winyah bay. Between Winyah Bay and North Inlet. It’s a short boat ride from South Island Ferrry landing.
Bowhunter…I am shocked and amazed that you would give up information the Mr. Obama has CLEARLY deemed CLASSIFIED!! I am going to report this abomination to Mr. Tel and hope he can do something to protect the rest of us proud Republicans in this matter of national shrimp security…
